It is strongly recommended that you use Internet Explorer version 5.x. for accessing NetBanking.If you are not able to access the NetBanking login page using Internet Explorer:

  • Go to the Help option in the top menu bar of the browser.
  • Click on About Internet Explorer.
  • The popup window displays the browser version & cipher strength information. If Cipher Strength is not 128 bit, upgrade the security by clicking on Update Information.
  • Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft for download of the patch.
  • Once your cipher has been updated, try accessing the website again.
